Christmas Terms & Conditions

General

  • All dates are subject to availability – please contact High Lodge for up to date availability
  • No bookings will be confirmed until the non refundable/non transferable deposit has been paid
  • Cancellation by you: if you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible
  • Cancellation by us: High Lodge may need to cancel your booking under the following circumstances ‘if High Lodge must close due to circumstances beyond our control’. In this scenario all deposits will be refunded

Shooters Specials

  • A non refundable/non transferable deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm all bookings
  • Your balance payment must be paid on the day on your arrival
  • Please notify High Lodge of any special dietary requirements five days before your arrival
  • Please notify us of any cancellations or changes to your booking at least 72 hours in advance of your booking to allow us to resell the spaces to others and to avoid having to charge full package price
  • Any cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of your booking may have to be charged in full.
  • Any additional clays shot must be paid for at the normal rate

Wreath Making Workshops

  • Full payment is required on booking (which includes a £25 non refundable/non transferable deposit)
  • Cancellations made more than 28 days in advance will be refunded less the £25 deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 28 days in advance will have full payment retained
  • Please notify High Lodge of any special dietary requirements five days before your arrival
