Forms can be handed in to reception with your payment (cash or card payment) or alternatively posted with a cheque payable to ‘High Lodge Leisure Ltd’ to:

Annual Membership Prices

Single membership for those 16yrs+

Any 2 memberships joining at the same time and residing at the same address

One single membership for those up to & including 15yrs

  • Membership discount can only be applied to the named member/s
  • Membership discount cannot be applied to accompanying guests
  • If you are unable to produce your membership card on the day, normal practice clay prices will apply
  • One individual is welcome to settle the bill for several members, however ALL members cards must be produced and swiped for all discounts to apply
  • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date your membership card is processed. Please note we reserve the right to amend discounts applied and/or prices and membership entitlements at anytime during your membership period
  • Lost cards will incur a £3 replacement card fee
