Corporate Conferences & Event Facilities

Our location on the East Coast in Suffolk, close to the main A12 and main London line station Darsham provides an ideal venue for all of your business meetings away from the busy office environment.

Our main conference room offers opportunities for a variety of events with seating arrangements with or without tables and a large stage area suitable for larger presentations, with the option to section off part of the room to accommodate smaller groups.

The in house PA System can be positioned to cover part or all of the room with options to add additional microphones when booked in advance. (Quote provided on request). We have free WiFi available.

We work with local companies who can provide everything extra you may need for your presentation or meeting.

Conference Facilities

We can offer two dedicated conference rooms, The Champion Suite and The Annexe Room.

The Champion Suite
At ground floor level with large patio style doors and windows to provide natural light. Seating up to 200+*, The Champion Suite can also be partitioned to accommodate smaller corporate events. The Champion Suite has it’s own fully licensed bar if required. *depending on seating style

The Annexe Conference room
Our first floor (no lift access) more intimate space which can accommodate smaller groups – up to 8 people boardroom style.

We also offer Corporate Activities which you can combine with any Conference or Event package to make a tailor-made day for your business.

Conference Room Hire - Annexe Room (upstairs no lift available) Max 8 Delegates
