Do you have a lodge location map?
Absolutely! Free WIFI is available in your lodge and onsite sufficient to cater for reasonable guest & leisure use. This is normally a reliable service but as this is a shared connection across the site, we cannot always guarantee bandwidth speed for individual lodges.
Do you have electric car charging points?
Unfortunately at this present time, we do not have electric car charging points and do not allow charging of vehicles from your lodge. Please ask at reception on arrival or before your stay so we can direct you to the nearest charging facility.
What are your check in/check out times?
Lodges are generally ready to check in to between 3pm and 4pm. Whilst we cannot guarantee lodges will be ready by 3pm, they will almost certainly be ready by 4pm. You are welcome to arrive on site with us at any time, and are welcome to use our facilities including our cafe for food and drink, or why not pre book any of our activities before you check in?
If you anticipate arriving after 5pm, we kindly ask that you telephone our reception before 3pm on arrival day on 01986 784347 so we can send you late key collection information as our reception is not manned after 5pm.
Check out times for all lodges is 10am, but you are welcome to stay on site to use our facilities so why not treat yourself to a hearty breakfast before your journey home!
We are able to offer a limited number of early check ins (1pm) or late check outs (12pm) on some arrival/departure dates. Please telephone 01986 784347 to enquire. Early check ins and late check outs are charged at £50 each.
Each lodge varies slightly in its description and floor plan, but each lodge has a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee starter pack plus a complimentary sweet treat from our cafe! You will be provided with an initial supply of toilet roll, soap, dishwasher tablets, jay cloth, washing up sponge and bin bag. We do not supply toiletries for use during your stay.
Travel cots and highchairs are available for an extra charge but must be pre booked prior to your stay. You are required to provide your own cot bedding.
Do you offer fully accessible lodges?
Unfortunately we currently don't have any lodges that are fully accessible and our lodges are not deemed as wheelchair accessible whilst inside. Some of our lodges have entrance ramps instead of steps and we advise you to telephone us ahead of booking if you have any accessibility issues.

Your gun/s are left completely at your own risk. Whilst your gun will be stored in a secure approved gun safe, with our premises alarmed directly to the police-your gun will not be covered by our business insurance. We therefore advise you to have your own insurance to cover your gun whilst away from home. All guns must be in a gun slip and will not be removed from its slip whilst in our safe. You will need to provide your gun licence to a member of staff for ID purposes and complete our gun storage form. We will only hand the gun back to the owner and licence holder of the gun.
