Luxury Holiday Lodges in Suffolk

Set amidst 120 acres of tranquil woodland and delightful Suffolk countryside, our traditional and luxury self catering holiday lodges boast an excellent location close to the renowned coastal hotspots of Southwold, Aldeburgh and RSPB Minsmere.

High Lodge offers two locations on site for our holiday lodges, Lakeview and Waters Edge lodges overlooking a well-stocked fishing lake or our Claywood lodges overlooking the countryside and being closest to the facilities. The 19 lodges offer a scenic and peaceful retreat whilst remaining within easy access of our clubhouse and activities.

Each holiday lodge offers either 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, sleeping between 2 and 6 people, private balconies with views over the lake or open countryside and each with their own garden furniture. All lodges are non-smoking. Our Waters Edge and Claywood lodges have their own private outdoor hot tubs

Lodge Types

Lakeview Lodge 4 (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4 Max)

Traditional in style offering lake views from the main balcony. Fully equipped kitchens including oven, hob, microwave, full size fridge-freezer and dishwasher, open to dining area/lounge. Two bedrooms - double bedroom with ensuite shower room (shower only) and twin room with separate bathroom (shower only).

Beds made up on arrival with towels provided. Complimentary WIFI, central heating, gas and electric included. Veranda with garden furniture with BBQ stand for use with disposable BBQ's. NO pets, 4 persons maximum. Private lodge parking for maximum 2 cars (additional parking close by).

Lakeview Lodge 6 (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 6 Max)

Traditional in style offering lake views from the main balcony. Fully equipped kitchens including oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, open to dining area/lounge. Two bedrooms - double bedroom with ensuite shower room (shower only), twin room with separate bathroom (bath). Double sofa bed for up to 2 people in main lounge area.

Beds made up on arrival with towels provided. Complimentary WIFI, central heating, gas and electric included. Veranda with garden furniture with BBQ stand for use with disposable BBQ's. NO pets, 6 persons maximum. Private lodge parking for maximum 2 cars (additional parking close by).

Waters Edge 2 - Hot Tub (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2 Max)

Modern in style with each lodge offering a unique layout overlooking the lake and woodland area with private outdoor hot tub.

Large open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area. Kitchen fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, full size fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Master bedroom with en-suite shower room (some with walk in shower only/some with additional bath). Veranda with access to private hot tub and equipped with garden furniture and BBQ stand for use with disposable BBQ's only.

Waters Edge 4 - Hot Tub (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4 Max)

Modern in style with each lodge offering a unique layout overlooking the lake view to the front or open countryside to the side with private outdoor hot tub.

Large open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area. Kitchen fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Two bedrooms - master double room with en-suite shower room (walk in shower only). Second bedroom-double or twin bedded (some with en-suite shower room/some with separate bathroom with bath and shower over). Veranda with access to private hot tub and equipped with garden furniture and BBQ stand for use with disposable BBQ's only.

Waters Edge 6 - Hot Tub (3 Bedroom, Sleeps 6 Max)

Modern in style with each lodge offering a view over the main fishing lake to the front, along with access to private outdoor hot tub.

Large open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area. Kitchen fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, full size fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Three bedrooms - master double room with en-suite shower room (shower only). Second bedroom-double or twin bedded, further small bedded twin room. Separate bathroom with bath & shower over. Veranda with access to private hot tub and equipped with garden furniture and BBQ stand for use with disposable BBQ's only.

Dog Friendly Claywood 2- Hot Tub (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2 Max)

Closest to the facilities these lodges are individual in design, spacious and boasting style in spades. Large open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area. Kitchen fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, full size fridge, full size freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Master bedroom (superking) with en-suite shower room (double walk in shower). Veranda with access to private hot tub and equipped with garden furniture and BBQ stand for use with disposable BBQ's only. Dog Friendly.

Dog Friendly Claywood 4 - Hot Tub (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4 Max)

Closest to the facilities these lodges are individual in design, spacious and boasting style in spades. Large open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area. Kitchen fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, full size fridge, full size freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Master bedroom with en-suite shower room (double walk in shower). Second bedroom (can be twin or superking on request) with Jack and Jill entrance to main bathroom (bath with shower over). Veranda with access to private hot tub and equipped with garden furniture and BBQ stand for use with disposable BBQ's only. Dog Friendly.
